Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing ROC Functions and Co-ordinate their service delivery for all stakeholders
∎ Analyzing loan related data from Finacle and other surrounding systems on BAU basis to identify abnormal system behavior and follow up those findings till resolve
∎ Ensuring timely GL reconciliation- Insurance, Stamp, Loan Related receivable and payable accounts
∎ Developing and manage effective MIS regarding KPI and efficiency in the department
∎ Maintaining loan surrounding system, e.g., DTS, CSMS, RADAR, Loan Repayment System etc
∎ Lead User Acceptance Test (UAT) for any new system/function roll out
∎ Properly escalating and monitoring risk issues to ERAF/ERMC decision
∎ Managing audit functions in the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in a Bank or Financial Institution and preferably dealing in Asset and ROC Operations
∎ Any kind of professional certification in operations will have added advantage
∎ Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point etc.)
∎ Good communication skill (both written and verbal)
∎ Excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Analytical and decision making skills.
