Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage performance of the team by leveraging skill sets of individual members towards meeting organizational objectives
∎ Ensure the overdue retail clients are taken over by monitoring and collection retail team as per established trigger points
∎ Ensure the visit and follow-up schedule of Monitoring and Collection Officers
∎ Ensure the preparation of follow up plan for physical visit, group visit etc. for maintaining consistency and efficiency in delinquent retail clients’ visits
∎ Ensure follow-up retail clients on and after the promised date of payments until the rents are collected
∎ Identify the reasons behind retail client’s non-payment to help strategize actions against the clients
∎ Identify and contact the guarantors, family members, relatives, employees of the retail client’s business or any other helpful sources to collect retail client’s dues
∎ Monitor cheque/BEFTN dishonored retail clients’ repayment on daily basis and follow up
∎ Carry out visit to non-assigned retail OD clients as per request of business team
∎ Carry out visit to litigated retail clients
∎ Identify problematic retail client and suggest further legal action while handing over clients to Special Asset Management
∎ Assist Special Asset Management Team in implementing legal action in coordination with local law and enforcement agencies
∎ Take necessary steps in system to keep the reporting updated
∎ Provide inputs to HoM&C in the formulation of action plans for delinquent clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Retail Collection, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in managerial position
∎ Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
