∎ Graduation or master’s degree from any reputed UGC approved university with satisfactory academic track record. Degree in CSE, EEE, ECE or related IT field is preferred.

∎ At least 12 years of work-experience in a reputed organization or Bank and financial institute with 5 years of relevant experience.
∎ Proficient in network, database, software and system administration, planning and architecture implementation.
∎ Proficient in Information Security, IT Governance & Project Management.
∎ Proficient in Cloud Computing, Digital Banking platforms and its utilization.
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills to manage heterogeneous internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong leadership skills to drive the performance of the Team to achieve the objectives of the organization.
∎ Self-propelled, expert in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in Technology Division:
∎ Design and plan enterprise IT solutions (software and hardware), IT infrastructure and information security as per business goals and uptime requirement of the Bank.
∎ To understand organizational and industry dynamics and evolution and how these will affect IT architecture and its components (software, applications, IT services, hardware, network, database, platforms, security components) and accordingly plan overall IT architecture of the Bank.
∎ To plan technology advancement and tech refresh which will be aligned with bank’s strategy.
∎ Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the IT Infrastructure to meet current and future business purposes.
∎ Plan security requirements required to safeguard all the IT components and platforms.
∎ Respond to any performance and security incidents along with IT operation and security teams and identify if any change in the plan and IT architecture is required.
∎ Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery with necessary IT Infrastructure arrangements in place.
∎ To discover the performance and cost optimization options of the IT architecture and accordingly take initiatives to execute the optimization options.
∎ Coordinate with the relevant operation teams of technology to ensure optimum performance of all the software, applications, systems, databases and all other IT components.
