Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from Public/National University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact with community people individually or group wise.
∎ Assist to Upazila Manager in organizing different meeting/workshop etc.
∎ Support Community Facilitator to perform the task properly
∎ Monitor IGA and CFW.
∎ Assist in courtyard session
∎ Support to Beneficiary selection and Group Formation
∎ Ensure Cash for Work and IGA implementation work are on track
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant government departments/ agencies
∎ Communicate with different service providers in input-output actors and build linkage with markets.
∎ Provide support to organize community sessions for development of IGA.
∎ Regular field visit as per objective and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly report and plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ An understanding of project management
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and familiar with Internet applications
∎ Experience on report writing.
∎ Ability to communicate information effectively
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bangla
∎ Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders friendly.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.

Salary:
∎ BDT 55,000 to 62,500 per month per month including bonus
