Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and select targeted farmer.
∎ Time to time visit to farmers group as well as individual farmer
∎ SMART implementation of planned project activities
∎ Conducting farmers’ assessment
∎ Organize farmers’ group as well as meeting and ensuring their timely and effective participation.
∎ Help for developing individual farmer business plan/model to overcome from their present situation.
∎ Regular communication and coordination with credit program staff to facilitate timely loan disbursement as well as loan recovery.
∎ Regular communication and coordination with KHAMATAYAN project staff
∎ Informing supervisor if faces any intervention related complication in the field.
∎ Liaison and build up relationship with community base LGI representatives, LSP and other stakeholders.
∎ Work for relationship build up with project areas farmers and market linkage
∎ Motivate and continue counselling to proper use of community public water ponds, mobilize local resources and advocate with local government to increase support to address the water crisis at community and ward level.
∎ Conduct count yard meeting, group meetings, campaigns for implementing project activities
∎ Support to observe different planned days
∎ Provide BCC at HH, community and school level to change behavior change on hygiene practice improvement.
∎ Organize field level visits, support to audit, assessment and evaluation if or when needed
∎ Participate different training, meeting, workshop.
∎ Participate GO and NGO coordination meeting at union level and to represent project and organization.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and report
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years job experience with NGO/development sector. Experience is flexible for the candidate from activity-relevant background
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Experience in working as part of a team
∎ Willing to work with partially flexible work hours
∎ Able to operate virtual platforms like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ Able to ride bicycle at the rural and coastal area
Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)
