Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new design from scratch based on client requirements
∎ Develop and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
∎ Develop UI mockups to illustrate information design and functionality
∎ Must follow style standards on fonts, colors and images
∎ Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
∎ Design UI elements and widgets for our digital assets
∎ Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links
∎ Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
∎ Analyze user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least (1) One year of working experience as UI & UX Designer/ Product Designer/ Similar UX related role for digital products
∎ Excellent designing skills and passion for quality
∎ Good understanding of front-end structure and flow
∎ Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD or Figma
∎ Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
∎ Good grasp over color, typography, gradient, and other design elements
∎ Ability to tweak layout according to feedback
∎ Ability to convert concepts into design
∎ Time management skill
∎ Offer alternate solutions
∎ Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS will be PLUS
∎ Updated with latest UI & UX trends and technologies
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 15,000-70,000 Taka, Depending on experience
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
