∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Educational Qualification might be relaxed for potential candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
∎ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
∎ Execute an iterative, user-centered UI/UX design-and-build process to design and create compelling, elegant, intuitive and highly functional User Interfaces
∎ Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
∎ Create UIs for web, Windows, iOS, and Android targets
∎ Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
∎ Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
∎ Work with the back-end software developer to program real-time, low-latency data-driven web applications including streaming graphics displays using highly efficient browser-based real-time graphing methodologies
∎ Write exceptional, highly consistent, well-documented, supportable modular code
∎ Work individually and as a critical member of a high-performance cross-functional team to assess and solve implementation challenges on the cutting edge of technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Design Thinking process.
∎ Understanding of interaction design principles.
∎ Skilled with industry tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design.
∎ Solid foundation in Typography, Web/Mobile layout, and design (Grids & Ratios).
∎ Knowledge of Prototyping, Wireframing tools like Adobe XD, Balsamiq.
∎ Must have HTML5/CSS3 writing skills.
∎ Must have knowledge of Web Accessibility, Responsive UI (Media Queries) and ability to code them.
∎ Must have knowledge of layout system (CSS Flex, Grid) with modern front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI.
∎ Ability to use modern Icon libraries like Fontawesome, Material Icon.
∎ Ability to write/customize Less/Sass codes.
∎ Must have basic JavaScript/jQuery concept.
∎ Familiarity with Git, Google sheets, drive, etc.
