Job Context:
∎ Genweb2 Limited is looking for an experienced Java Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You`ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from inception to deployment.
∎ As a Java Developer, you should be comfortable with back-end coding, frameworks development, and third-party libraries integration. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
∎ If you`re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we`d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
∎ Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that include high-volume transactions with low-latency
∎ Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
∎ Envisioning system features and functionality
∎ Ensure application designs conform to business goals
∎ Develop and test software
∎ Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
∎ Create detailed design documentation
∎ Propose changes to the current Java infrastructure
∎ Develop technical designs for application development
∎ Write well-designed, testable code
∎ Troubleshoot and find out the root cause of bugs and fix them
∎ Manage Java and Java EE application development
∎ Develop documentation to help users
∎ Prepare and produce releases of software components
∎ Code refactoring, continuous improvement, investigating alternatives optimal solutions.
∎ Participate in technical, and architectural design of software components.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4+ years of software engineering experience with a successful track record of delivering quality results
∎ Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
∎ Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
∎ Knowhow of Java concurrency patterns
∎ Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services
∎ Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
∎ Experience in working with popular web application frameworks like Spring
∎ Having experience working with front-end technology like React/Angular is a plus
∎ Ability to write clean, readable Java code
∎ Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
∎ Experience in handling external and embedded databases
∎ Skilled at creating database schemas that characterize and support business processes
∎ Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
∎ In-depth knowledge of code versioning tools, for instance; Git
∎ Understanding of building tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc
∎ Expertise in continuous integration
∎ Multithreading and Synchronization
