∎ Skills Required: UI Design, UX Design, Web Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): UI Design, UX Design, Web Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employ a range of human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of designing software and technologies (such as Figma/ XD/ Sketch/ Illustrator/ Photoshop). We highly prefer "figma".
∎ Clear concept of Auto layouts, Variants, Constraints, Design system/style guide, grid system also ability to use it for long term project.
∎ Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
∎ Deliver high-quality designs for mobile, tablet and desktop experiences.
∎ Person who create color shades and typography before starting work.
∎ Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
∎ Proven UX design experience, we prefer your online presence.
∎ Fluently English communication skill is must.
∎ Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
∎ Promote user-centered decision-making based on cohesive design principles and patterns
∎ Collaborate and develop documentation to guide engineering, marketing, customer support, and content creation
∎ Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
∎ Knowledge of designing a website in WordPress is a plus.
∎ Knowledge on working with elementor is plus
∎ Comfortable with Agile development process, Git, and Github

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2/3 years of professional designing experience.
∎ Must have few approved designs in themeforest.
∎ Must be able to keep up with recent design trends.
∎ Must have very good knowledge of Photoshop , Illustartor, Figma , XD.
∎ Person must be very active, punctual & willing to learn.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
