Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, accounts, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pipes, fittings, or construction materials industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Valid driver`s license and clean driving record

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share within the assigned territory, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, collaborating with marketing to drive growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, representing the company at trade shows and conferences.
Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Implement territory sales plans for pipes, fittings, and uPVC sheets, prospecting new customers and nurturing existing ones.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales deals, ensuring adherence to pricing and terms.
Prepare sales quotations and contracts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Collect customer feedback and market information for identifying new sales opportunities and product improvement.
Attend industry events to network and generate leads, while preparing regular sales reports and achieving set targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.
