Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, develop, and execute territory-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual bulk rice sales targets.

• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and bulk buyers to ensure optimal market penetration.

• Develop strong relationships with wholesalers, traders, institutional buyers (hotels, restaurants, caterers), and key accounts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences; provide regular market intelligence to management.

• Ensure proper product availability, stock movement, and distribution efficiency across the assigned territory.

• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and agreements with bulk customers in line with company policies.

• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of bulk rice consignments.

• Ensure proper implementation of trade schemes, promotions, and company branding initiatives in the market.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

• Resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, and quality concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support collection of receivables and maintain healthy credit control within the assigned territory.
