The Role:

Manage our health-related customer care unit, including answering customer inquiries about functional foods via phone and social media platforms.

Educating customers on nutritional benefits to drive long-term brand loyalty and sales.

Advocate for and educate customers on the benefits of our products to drive sales and meet targets.

Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer feedback in the company database.

Assisting in the organization of webinars and digital health symposiums.
