Responsibilities & Context:
Manage our health-related customer care unit, including answering customer inquiries about functional foods via phone and social media platforms.
Advocate for and educate customers on the benefits of our products to drive sales and meet targets.
Conduct internal and external training sessions on functional and health foods.
Develop clear and concise scientific materials based on management decisions.
Plan and manage health-related workshops, seminars, and symposiums for both internal staff and target consumers.
