• Manage our health-related customer care unit, including answering customer inquiries about functional foods via phone and social media platforms.

• Educating customers on nutritional benefits to drive long-term brand loyalty and sales. 

• Advocate for and educate customers on the benefits of our products to drive sales and meet targets.

• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer feedback in the company database.

• Assisting in the organization of webinars and digital health symposiums.
