Minimum 7 years of experience in cable sales, including at least 3 years as a Showroom In-charge, is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Showroom In-Charge (Cables – Trade) to manage overall operations of our cable showroom. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining proper inventory, and supervising the showroom team. This role requires strong leadership, sales experience, and the ability to create a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth customer service and sales activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly showroom sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, dealers, and contractors.
Supervise showroom staff, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Monitor stock levels, handle inventory management, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and cleanliness of the showroom.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate sales records, cash transactions, and daily reports.
Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities in the showroom.
Train and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales and service excellence.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
