We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Area Sales Manager (Cables – Trade) to manage sales operations in assigned area. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and strengthening dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong knowledge of cable/electrical product trade sales, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.

• Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends; report to the Regional/Head Office.

• Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility programs.

• Supervise and guide territory officers/sales representatives to achieve targets.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company trade policy.

• Conduct regular market visits to track performance and identify new opportunities.

• Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts.

• Any other task as assigned by the management.
