Education:
At least 15 year(s) of experience in trading industry especially stone, coal and other building materials.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Concrete Products, Cement, Coal, Stone etc.
Practical experience with building and construction material is highly preferred.
Any retired person having a vast corporate experience in sale and marketing is also encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in a leadership role within sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
Provide strategic leadership for the sales and marketing teams of Trading Unit (stone, coal and other building materials).
Develop other trading product lines and define the sale and marketing strategy;
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Set sales targets and goals for the team and ensure that these are met.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Keep a close eye on the procurement, marketing and distribution planning of such trading items.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer retention.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Ensure collection of sale proceeds within the defined policies of the company.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Analyze sales and marketing performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Develop and implement annual national sales plan trading unit of the company.
Develop annual unit and volume sale plan by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends and results.
Develop and monitor monthly sale and collection budget over the month.
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
Monitor changes in the industry, customer choice, customer preference and leverage them for unexplored business opportunities.
Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.
