Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
- B Sc. in Naval Architecture & Marine/Mechanical engineering from any reputed university

- Should have proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Expertise in electrical systems, PLC and dredger and other vessels.
- Should have strong knowledge of local and international procurement processes, along with proven leadership skills to effectively manage and guide a maintenance team.
- Experience in dredging site - 5 to 7 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor dredger performance and operating parameters to enable proactive preventive maintenance and avoid forced shutdowns.
Maintenance work Diesel Engine Caterpillar, Mitsubishi, Cummins, Weichai etc.
Program, read, and write PLC and related electrical system, dredger and other vessels.
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic system also related works and mechanical works.
Lead repair operations for non-functional equipment by coordinating the maintenance team and consulting foreign experts as needed.
Plan docking schedules, major repairs, and equipment replacement activities.
Manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with procurement for local and international sourcing.
Ensure accurate maintenance, procurement, and service records are maintained in SAP ERP and report to the Board of Directors.
Supervise construction and commissioning of new vessels at shipyards.
Provide training to dredge masters and operators for safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation.
Conduct routine inspections and enforce scheduled maintenance practices across all equipment.
Prepare budgets and operational plans for long-term maintenance efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams on dredger setup (dyke, floating lines, and shorelines) to optimize fuel use.
Analyze fuel consumption vs output to detect and correct deviations from performance benchmarks.
