- BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com from reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
- CA-CC from reputed firm.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant corporate experience.
- Experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Should have proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Should have Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, and complex formulas are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare financial statements independently.
Posting and vouching daily transaction.
Prepare management reports.
Perform reconciliation at each month end.
Comply with VAT and Tax Law.
Face external audit and internal audit independently.
Factory overhead analysis.
Monitor over fixed assets management.
Oversee over factory operation.
Control over account payable and account receivable.
Loan management and loan documentation.
Monitor over RJSC function.
