Additional Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management / Corporate Branding

  • Proven experience in: Corporate Brand Strategy, Brand Governance, Media & PR collaboration

  • Experience in large corporate groups / conglomerates / MNCs will be highly preferred



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Corporate Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement a long-term Corporate Branding Strategy aligned with business vision

  • Define and continuously refine the AKIJ Resource brand architecture and narrative

  • Ensure clear differentiation of the corporate brand from SBU brands

2. Brand Governance & Consistency

  • Act as the custodian of the corporate brand guidelines

  • Ensure uniform brand identity across all SBUs, communications, and touchpoints

  • Review and approve corporate-level branding materials

3. Corporate Communication & Visibility

  • Lead corporate campaigns to enhance brand awareness nationwide and globally

  • Oversee corporate storytelling, including company profile, AVs, and leadership messaging

  • Manage presence across website, digital platforms, and corporate publications

4. Media, PR & Reputation Management

  • Work closely with Media & PR team to strengthen corporate image

  • Develop thought leadership positioning for leadership team

  • Handle corporate reputation, crisis communication (if required)

5. Events, Sponsorships & Strategic Alliances

  • Conceptualize and execute corporate-level events, sponsorships, and partnerships

  • Represent corporate branding in national and international platforms

6. Internal Branding & Culture Building

  • Drive internal brand engagement programs across SBUs

  • Align employees with corporate vision, mission, and values

7. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with:

    • Brand Custodians (SBUs)

    • Creative & Digital teams

    • OOH & Activation teams

    • Media & PR teams

  • Ensure synergy between corporate branding and product branding
