Role Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media & PPC Expert to lead and optimise UKMC’s end-to-end digital acquisition ecosystem. This is a high-impact, data-driven role focused on scaling paid media performance, improving lead quality and conversion rates, building robust tracking and attribution systems, and optimising CRM workflows and funnel efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & PPC Strategy
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling
- Deliver high-volume leads while maintaining target CPL
- Develop retargeting funnels and high-intent audience segments
Technical SEO & Website Optimisation
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Optimise landing pages for traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with developers on SEO implementation
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GTM, and GA4
- Implement UTM frameworks for attribution
- Ensure accurate tracking from click to enrolment
- Troubleshoot and improve data accuracy
HubSpot CRM & Funnel Management
- Manage HubSpot workflows, lead pipelines, and lifecycle stages
- Build dashboards for CPL, leads, and conversion rates
- Improve speed-to-lead and nurturing processes
- Ensure proper data integration and mapping
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Optimise landing pages and lead forms
- Implement high-intent lead capture strategies
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives and funnels
- Improve full funnel performance
Reporting & Insights
- Track KPIs (leads, CPL, conversion rates, ROI)
- Deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify growth and scaling opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong technical SEO knowledge
- Experience with tracking tools (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to manage and scale campaigns independently
