We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Officer to expand our business network, especially in stall booking and sponsorship sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sell exhibition stalls and secure sponsorships

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships

• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for closing deals

• Achieve monthly sales targets for stall & sponsorship

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events
  
  Requirements:

  • Graduation in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English

  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and client handling

  • Experience in Event/Expo/Advertisement sales will be highly preferred

  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
