Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 45 years

• At least 03 (three) months prior notice for job cancellation·       

• Six-month observation period·       

• During the observation period, you are not permitted to take any leave or be absent, except for Fridays.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, social media posts, advertisements, and websites.

• Design marketing materials such as printing and social media creative, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and presentations.

• Create brand-consistent visual assets for websites, ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

• Develop logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity elements when required.

• Prepare print-ready files and ensure proper formatting, resolution, and color profiles.

• Edit and enhance images (retouching, background removal, resizing, color correction).

• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to convert concepts into effective visuals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Ensure all deliverables follow brand tone, layout standards, and compliance with copyright/licensing rules.

• Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and brand assets.
  
  Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma/Canva.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.

• Basic knowledge of printing processes and digital design standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication skills.
