Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented female candidate who will be responsible for handling customer queries across all communication channels, maintaining social media presence, and supporting SEO activities. This role requires strong communication skills along with digital marketing knowledge to ensure effective lead handling and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to client queries from social media, calls, and online platforms

  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients

  • Maintain records of leads and client communications

  • Manage and maintain company social media pages

  • Create and publish engaging content regularly

  • Support basic SEO activities (keyword research, content optimization)

  • Assist in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns

  • Track performance and prepare simple reports
