Skills & Expertise:

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in ad platforms: Meta Ads ManagerGoogle AdsTikTok Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms as applicable.
  • Strong understanding of pixel implementationconversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4Looker Studio, or Tableau.

Analytical & Strategic Mindset

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable optimization tactics.
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators for digital media.


Responsibilities & Context:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

  • Define campaign objectives aligned with business goals and manage the full funnel from reach to action.

  • Develop audience targeting strategies, including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments, ensuring efficient media spend.

Content Planning & Social Calendar

  • Develop and maintain a content planning social calendar that aligns paid media activity with organic social initiatives, product launches, and brand campaigns.

  • Coordinate with creative and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives, messaging consistency, and strategic content sequencing across paid and owned channels.

  • Plan campaign flighting, frequency caps, and creative rotation schedules within the calendar to prevent audience fatigue.

Budget & Bid Management

  • Manage monthly advertising budgets with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and other key performance indicators.

  • Monitor pacing, adjust bids, and reallocate budgets across channels to maximize performance.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data daily to identify trends, ad fatigue, and audience saturation.

  • Use frequency caps and creative rotation to prevent banner blindness and maintain engagement.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, & other aspects to continuously improve conversion rates.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with correspondent teams to develop high-performing ad assets, providing data-driven feedback on what resonates with target audiences.

  • Recommend creative refreshes based on performance metrics and engagement patterns.

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Present optimization strategies and campaign results, clearly connecting media activities to business outcomes.
