Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management or a related field).
Practical experience in working with the e-GP system (at least 4–5 years).
Experienced in reviewing and analyzing contracts.
Experienced with strong communication skills and the ability to manage teams.
Proficient in using computers, the internet, and email communication.
Skilled and proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and online platforms.
Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Rules (PPR 2025) and the e-GP system is mandatory.
Experience working with government projects or procurement activities will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, participate in, submit (upload), and monitor tender documents through the e-GP portal for both government and private sectors.
Prepare evaluation reports and implement contracts through the e-GP tender evaluation process.
Manage all technical and operational activities related to the e-GP system.
Ensure all processes comply with government procurement regulations (PPR 2025).
Prepare necessary reports and provide regular updates to the management.
Identify and resolve any issues related to the e-GP system.
Coordinate supply as per contract, control costs, and submit bills/invoices.
Maintain proper documentation of procurement and sales activities.
Oversee supply chain, logistics, delivery coordination, and inventory management.
Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers.
Monitor daily operations and prepare regular reports.
Prepare, maintain, and manage official documents and reporting.
Perform duties assigned by management efficiently.
Build and manage a strong and efficient team.
