Responsibilities & Context:

Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Inspire team members to excel by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.

Project and Task Management:

  • Oversee and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with brand & seasons objectives.

  • Focus on high-impact initiatives while effectively addressing emerging priorities.

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan to meet brand goals and business targets.

  • Conduct weekly task management sessions to align the team on strategies, tactics, execution plans, and results.

Strategic Marketing:

  • Conduct market segmentation and effective targeting to maximize reach and impact.

  • Manage budget allocation and optimization to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Perform strategic research on brand positioning, market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.

Brand Communication:

  • Strengthen brand visibility and placement across outlets and digital platforms.

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Develop and implement Above-the-Line (ATL) communication strategies.

  • Celebrate and observe significant days to enhance brand identity.

Sales-Driven Marketing:

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to create actionable recommendations.

  • Develop and implement sales-driven marketing strategies to boost revenue and introduce innovative sales promotion ideas and campaigns.

  • Plan and execute 360-degree communication strategies for sales initiatives within budget.

Event and Activation:

  • Manage and execute sponsorships effectively to maximize brand exposure.

  • Organize new outlet opening events and in-store activities to drive engagement.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

  • Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and improve retention rates.

  • Implement re-targeting strategies based on customer behavior.

  • Develop a 360-degree communication mix for seasonal, campaign-based, and regular customer engagement.

  • Collect and act on post-purchase feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with other brands to offer added value to customers.

Publicity and Public Relations (PR):

  • Create seasonal and yearly media plans to enhance brand exposure.

  • Develop PR strategies and guidelines to manage brand reputation effectively.

  • Build strong media relationships and communication plans to support brand objectives.

  • Plan and execute media buying for print (newspapers, magazines) and electronic platforms (TV, radio, and online).

  • Prepare seasonal briefs and press releases for brand communication.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Evaluate customer experiences across all channels to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Omni channel Experience:

  • Collaborate with teams to create seamless omni channel journeys that drive traffic to physical stores.

Creative and Promotional Oversight:

  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials to ensure consistency with brand identity.

  • Review and approve digital content, creative assets, and artwork for quality and accuracy.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Design, execute, and manage impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve results.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide detailed reports on campaign and activation results for continuous improvement.

Outlet Visits:

  • Conduct outlet visits to monitor brand standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

Customer Response and Solutions:

  • Guide and support the customer response team to deliver timely and effective resolutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
