- বেসিক থেকে ইন্টারমিডিয়েট কম্পিউটার দক্ষতা ।
- লাইভ ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন, ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট তৈরি ও মার্কেটিং-এ বেসিক জ্ঞান (অগ্রাধিকার) ।
- শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ, নেতৃত্ব ও নেগোসিয়েশন স্কিল ।
Responsibilities & Context:
Sherazi IT – বাংলাদেশের লিডিং Business Automation Software কোম্পানি (Sherazi POS) এখন Intern পজিশনে নিয়োগ দিচ্ছে! IT, সেলস, ট্রেনিং বা কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে ক্যারিয়ারে।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Sales & Lead Generation
▪️কোম্পানির সফটওয়্যার (বিশেষ করে Sherazi POS) সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারদের কাছে উপস্থাপন ও বিক্রয় সহায়তা করা
▪️Cold calling, WhatsApp, Facebook বা অন্যান্য চ্যানেলে লিড জেনারেশন করা
▪️সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ তৈরি করা
Product Demo & Training
▪️লাইভ প্রেজেন্টেশন ও প্রোডাক্ট ডেমো পরিচালনা করা
▪️নতুন কাস্টমারদের সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে ট্রেনিং প্রদান করা
▪️ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী solution explain করা
Customer Support & Relationship
▪️কাস্টমারদের basic support প্রদান (call/remote)
সমস্যা শনাক্ত করে দ্রুত সমাধানের জন্য টেকনিক্যাল টিমে escalate করা
▪️নিয়মিত follow-up করে client satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা
CRM & Follow-up Management
▪️লিড ও কাস্টমার ডাটা CRM-এ আপডেট রাখা
▪️pending deal, demo, payment ইত্যাদির follow-up করা
customer lifecycle track করা
Marketing & Campaign Support
▪️মার্কেটিং ক্যাম্পেইন (online/offline) এ অংশগ্রহণ করা
▪️ইভেন্ট, exhibition বা promo activity তে support দেওয়া
▪️ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করে মার্কেটিং/প্রোডাক্ট টিমকে জানানো
Reporting & KPI
▪️দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক sales activity রিপোর্ট করা
▪️target অনুযায়ী performance track করা
▪️নিজের কাজের improvement এর জন্য feedback নেওয়া
Internal Coordination
▪️Sales, Support ও Development টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা
▪️ক্লায়েন্টের requirement টিমকে properly communicate করা
