To develop, manage, and grow the company’s international pharmaceutical markets by implementing strategic marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving sales and expansion targets across assigned regions.
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and dynamic person for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive in International Marketing Department. The role requires strong communication skills, market analysis capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve international business targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new export markets and business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for target countries.
Prepare market feasibility reports and support territory expansion.
Coordinate product selection for export based on demand and regulatory feasibility.
Prepare product dossiers, profiles, and marketing materials for international partners.
Ensure country-wise branding alignment and support pricing competitiveness.
Maintain regular communication with international distributors and partners. &
Coordinate quotations, business proposals, and contract follow-ups.
Monitor export orders and ensure timely coordination with Supply Chain and Production.
Follow up shipment schedules, export documentation, and delivery status. & Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for product registration and renewals. & Maintain updated country-wise regulatory and registration database.
Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements
Manage overseas client communication and resolve partner queries promptly.
Prepare export sales reports and analyze market performance
Maintain records of contracts, correspondence, and international activities &Track market trends, competitor movements, and partner performance.
Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Regulatory, QA, and Finance teams.
Any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
