• A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Automobile engineering

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Manage and oversee the overall transport operations, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and driver supervision.

• Develop and implement transport policies to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

• Day-to-day update of all documents, including Tax Token, Registration, Insurance, and Fitness Certificate.

• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely transportation services.

• Fuel bills should be checked, as the overall expenditure of vehicles, and ensure the accuracy of the servicing and fuel bills.

• Address and resolve transport-related issues, including vehicle breakdowns, traffic incidents, and route optimization.

• Supervise the transport team, including drivers, technicians, and support staff, to maintain high performance and discipline.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, vehicle suppliers, and maintenance service providers.

• Maintain liaison and negotiate with necessary Govt. offices & officials, such as BRTA, Roads & Highways, local police stations, etc.

• Prepare daily and monthly reports and present findings to top management.

  Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
