• Proven Experience in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Vehicle Management or a relevant field      

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh traffic laws and BRTA regulations     

• Ability to manage drivers and transport staff effectively     

• Good communication and reporting skills     

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)     

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Manage and supervise company vehicles

• Create route planning and duty rosters for drivers and vehicle team employees

• Keep track of and update all vehicle documentation, such as driver's licenses, insurance, tax tokens, registration, and fitness records

• Plan for routine auto maintenance, repairs, and maintenance

• Keep an eye on fuel usage and manage expenses associated with transportation

• Maintain daily vehicle logbooks and prepare monthly transport reports

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) rules and traffic laws

• Handle accidents, breakdowns, and emergency transport situations

• Coordinate with management and provide regular transport updates
