Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the Service Transition to Support (STS) liaison between the Project Team and Operations, facilitating the smooth transfer of control for newly developed IT infrastructure, applications, or services.
∎ Define and execute the Service Transition process, ensuring the seamless transfer of services from the project management environment to the operations environment for customer or user utilization in production.
∎ Prepare comprehensive transition to support documentation related to project-delivered assets and systems, ensuring internal operations teams are equipped to successfully support and maintain the implemented solution.
∎ Compile and validate relevant design, test, and registration documentation, ensuring operational acceptance readiness.
∎ Adhere to Rio Tinto's Transition to Support process, guiding the solution through operational acceptance and handover within the scheduled timeframe and budget to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Possess a relevant technical qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience working within technical teams on LTE projects.
∎ Have hands-on experience and familiarity with the intricacies of a Nokia LTE network, as well as IP MPLS based networks.
∎ Demonstrate previous experience in creating and validating configuration items (CI) against the latest operations/support standards.
∎ ITIL certification will be highly regarded.
∎ Exhibit hands-on experience with various NMS and O&M network elements, facilitating the onboarding of project-delivered network elements onto production O&M and NMS platforms.
∎ Proven experience in operational transition to support planning and delivery, including the preparation and progression of transition documents.
∎ Previous exposure to the mining industry with an understanding of operational support requirements.
∎ Ability to collaborate closely with multiple teams, including operations, site, and project teams.
∎ Strong communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying information.
∎ Achieved an IELTS score of 6.0 in each component.
∎ Possess a valid driver's license.

Salary:
∎ Annual salary between $80,000 and $150,000 AUD, negotiable based on candidate`s years of experience and qualifications.
