Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transaction Trend Analysis and Staff allocation based on the insights
∎ Customer behavior analysis through ADC Data Mining and Analysis
∎ Developing Business Process through Digital & Physical Infrastructure
∎ Take active part in the Digital Transformation initiatives of the Bank
∎ Developing Control Mechanism to implement newly initiated Projects
∎ Assisting Branches in Asset-Liability Projection and Data Collection
∎ Cost Analysis/Business projection of Branches
∎ New Branch setting Profitability Analysis and activation
∎ Regular communication with branch staffs & problem resolution.
∎ Bangladesh Bank query meet up regarding different issues
∎ Ensuring compliance of Bangladesh Bank Inspection reports circulated for branches
∎ Coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring compliance of Investigation reports
∎ Optimization of existing Process and conduct reengineering initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with minimum 3 years' experience in relevant role will get preference
∎ Strong Data Analytical Ability through Data Mining & Analyzing Tools. Expertise in MS EXCEL and other Data Analysis tools (like R Package etc) are required for the posts
∎ Strong aptitude in Numerical and Digital Transformational initiatives
∎ Excellent Computing & Communication ability
∎ Excellent drafting skills in English
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
