Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject preferable in URP, Statistics, Management, Economics, MDS
∎ Skills Required: NGO

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Report Writing, Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on training conduct, module develop, training reporting and organize training. Overall training cycle management.
∎ Experience on different report preparation both in english & bangla
∎ Experience on livelihood related operation.
∎ Have experiences on documentation, case study develop and MIS also.
∎ Project duration: 31 December 2020

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years in livelihood related activities on Training & reporting
∎ Have clear understanding on training and reporting skill.
∎ Have a clear understanding and working experience with multi-partners and stakeholder to keep in a platform in a professional manner.
∎ Demonstrated inter-personal, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Good time management skill and ability to work with minimum supervision
∎ Practicing innovation/creativity and achieving quality results and service.
∎ Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Have sound knowledge on statistical analysis of data using SPSS / other statistical package.
∎ Good report writing and documentation ability
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
