Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Social Sciences / Development Studies or any other related discipline.
∎ Training on participatory methodologies will be treated as added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Context:
∎ Maintaining Access to Safe Water and Sanitation for Rohingyas in Bangladesh Project.
∎ This position will support on designing and delivering training support on entrepreneurship, livelihoods and organizational development issues. The trainer is expected to bring technical knowledge of livelihoods programme/polices and contribute to a dynamic team of engaging trainers, with diverse skill sets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Training Module and Schedule as per requirement.
∎ Provide support to training content development and training conduction.
∎ Contribute in developing and designing training programme considering field needs and changing context.
∎ Develop modules and training manuals in Burmese and English as per project need.
∎ Organize evaluation and debriefing meetings.
∎ Coordinate with other trainers to ensure all required M&E is completed.
∎ Research new pedagogical trends and entrepreneurship projects.
∎ Follow up and Provide feedback to fellow trainers and support their professional growth.
∎ Maintain functional relationship with her/ his peers in the team.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' experience in the field of training facilitation and content development.
∎ At least 2 years' experience in Garments Sector/Jute Bag Industry/Production House/ Manufacturing Factory.
∎ Experience on Sanitary Napkin Production and Jute Bag Production is preferable.
∎ Youth Rights Programming, community mobilization of young people, youth livelihoods.
∎ Design and delivery of programs/participatory training on livelihoods and entrepreneurship.
∎ Experience of working on capacity building of civil society organizations.
∎ Demonstrated expertise in area of specialty and ability to apply good judgment.
∎ High degree of autonomy, personal initiative and ability to take ownership.
∎ Willingness to accept wide responsibilities and ability to work independently under established procedures in a politically sensitive environment.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Jute Bag production and Sanitary Napkin Production.
∎ Ability to conduct presentations, articulate options and positions concisely.
∎ Willingness to work in Refugee Camps.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.


Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
