Education:
Minimum a ‘4-year Honors/diploma’ in aquaculture or closely related disciplines.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 50 years
- Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects.
- At least seven years of working experience in climate-smart and climate-resilient aquaculture.
- Working experience with community-based women groups on climate-resilient technology transfer for aquacultural production.
- Demonstrated knowledge and background in community mobilization and engagement.
- Experience in technical expertise on Agricultural production by promoting suggestions to meet climate change issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge on implementation and day- to-day monitoring of activities and follow-up of activities following prescribed climate resilient livelihoods.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaboration experience, and willingness to innovate regarding livelihood production plan.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
- Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
- Responsive and good personnel skill.
- Pro-active and gender sensitive.
- Good in operating MS Office, internet, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Will be responsible for translating the guidelines for resilient livelihood options provided by the PMU into practice. She/he will coordinate with the Adaptive Livelihood Analyst of the Project, the Upazila Livelihood Officers (Deployed by the PMU), as well as the Market Development Officer, Project Officers, and Ward facilitators to ensure that the implementation of the resilient Livelihood options is being implemented orderly.
