Educational Requirements:
∎ Essential Higher Secondary education. Administration, Teaching or communication related Diploma or graduation degree desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and coordinate the logistics and administrative activities needed for learning activities such as distribution materials, equipment requests, transport arrangements, obtaining the material approval of other partners, etc;
∎ Participate in creation of any training material developed by the departments, including translating documents into local language; perform initial editing and proofreading and keeping the training materials available;
∎ Gather information on the learning activities (with pre-post-test evaluations, feedback from participants), and report problems, success and constraints;
∎ Prepare and gather documents for the selection process of participants;
∎ Support his/her supervisor in performing training needs assessments, determining appropriate content and target groups for training, ensuring the continued improvements and preparing a calendar of trainings to ensure the coverage of the training needs and maintain high standards of quality;
∎ Assist the Facilitator/Trainer in delivering training courses and may deliver training course himself/herself when required;
∎ Carry out supply management (orders, follow-up of the stock, storage conditions, inventories, consumption, etc.) in his or her department, in order to satisfy the needs of material with efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities:
∎ Build a supportive and collaborative learning culture across the mission
∎ Responsible to share intersectional local courses announcement with IST staff and other OCs staff and provide support on training application process & participant selection;
∎ Responsible to organize administrative and logistics activities before and during in house trainings, local courses and workshops;
∎ Ensure course participants agree with their line manager on a follow up plan for application of learning through the agreed template;
∎ Provide direct support to staff on soft skills including: communication skills, providing feedback, team management, and others;
∎ Ensure proper induction and on-boarding of new Staff
∎ Organize, deliver & coordinate SANOU & WtMSF training with all MSF sections;
∎ Organize & deliver L&D briefing with IST staff;
∎ Ensure briefings are being done for each new staff member, with all relevant departments;
∎ Support National Staff growth and development
∎ Support LDM on Gap analysis & SMART objective setup for supervisors & managers;
∎ Guide staff and supervisors on performance reviews (share evaluation Form, remind staff & supervisors about upcoming evaluations, observe and provide feedback to supervisors during performance reviews ;
∎ Share all required L&D tools & online training materials or links with staff, and provide guidance in their usage;
∎ Ensure training Home Assignments & post training evaluations are being completed within the deadlines;
∎ Maintain Institutional Memory
∎ Responsible for collecting training reports every month from all departments, including participant list, facilitators name & training modules;
∎ Assist LDM on preparing monthly Training Activity Report;
∎ Assist LDM on preparing monthly L&D News Letter;
∎ Prepare & Share Monthly training database ;
∎ Ensure all completed staff trainings are updated in Homere every month;
∎ Maintain & Update SANOU training database;
∎ Maintain & Update training cost tracker, and maintain a hardcopy folder of copies of all expense receipts;
∎ Administrative Follow Up
∎ Responsible for preparing agreement of Local Courses and the renewals;
∎ Responsible for preparing internal order related to L&D activities;
∎ Other tasks as assigned related to Learning and Development;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Desirable previous working experience in MSF or other NGO in developing countries;
∎ Essential mission working language;
∎ Essential local language;
∎ Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet).

Salary:
∎ Salary according to level 5 of the internal MSF salary grid, (BDT 52730 - 63276 Gross) at step ‘0-10’.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Contract duration to be determined .2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical reimbursement for employee and direct dependents.
