We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Learning & Development department

Job Summary

• The Training Manager drives learning and capability development across ACI Consumer Brands by assessing training needs, designing effective programs, and implementing learning strategies. The role ensures skill enhancement through functional, behavioral, and sales training while leveraging modern tools and partnerships to build a culture of continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and identify Training Needs of employees as per MDP and jointly with business heads in ACI Consumer Brands.
• Organize & evaluate all training courses of ACI Consumer Brands.
• Prepare annual and monthly Sales Capability Development Calendars.
• Conduct functional sessions for Consumer Brands Sales team and soft skills programs for ACI's corporate employees.
• Ensure and implement appropriate faculty, training tools, technologies, methods, equipment's, facilities and logistic supports.
• Develop and update training contents as per needs of Business/ Superior.
• Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty/Institutes (local and global).
• Visit markets frequently with sales teams to coach in real situations and provide structured feedback observing sales calls.
• Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and the management.
• Create strategic training plans to meet future skills requirement of the organizations.
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices to transform the organizational learning culture.
• Promote and use LMS or e-learning platforms.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports & Follow ISO 9001:2000.
