∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development facilitation and coordination
∎ Capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation & preparing different report & presentation
∎ Analyze IGA and value chain, prepare HH level micro business plan, group business plan.
∎ Developing training modules, tools and other materials
∎ Experience on training conduct, module develop, training reporting and organize training. Overall training cycle management.
∎ Capacity building of Field Officers, Community Volunteers, SHG, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors
∎ Communication, networking and linkages for business development
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 years field experiences on IGA scale up, training, business development and HH graduation activities
∎ Skill in planning and implementation.
∎ Has demonstrated abilities in working with project strategic planning.
∎ Has strong team management & coordination skill
∎ Has knowledge on community mobilization activities.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
