∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking, BPO, Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement training programs for entire Customer Service division, distribution house, field sales forces on regular basis
∎ Develop training material based on product/service/system
∎ Training database management (updating training portal & calendar)
∎ Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements
∎ Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times
∎ Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs
∎ Establish trainings programs to suit the current organizational needs
∎ Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires
∎ Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs
∎ Ensure proper submission of daily reports to Management
∎ Involve in process and audit related works
∎ Survey conduction/ survey paper preparation/ field visit. Survey includes all channels and all segments of customers
∎ Conducting Mistry survey/call
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to explain (product/process/ideas) in a logical and simple manner with people management skills
∎ Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Demonstrate Acceptance of Different Views
∎ Extremely patient in approach
∎ Must be flexible in any shift
∎ Should know the basics of MS-Excel
