Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Bachelor in Computer Science/Computer science & Engineering degree with at least 05(Five) years of proven Experience
∎ Or
∎ Diploma in Computer Science/Computer science & Engineering degree with at least 07(seven) years of proven Experience
∎ or
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 07 (Seven) years of proven Experience in IT/ITES Industry with Web Design & Development or Graphic Design or Digital Marketing.
∎ The trainer should have at least 2(Two) years of experience in conducting Outsourcing training. The trainer also should have successfully completion experience of minimum 100 jobs in international Outsourcing marketplace. Copy of Academic and Experience Certificate must be attach.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and
∎ Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
∎ Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
∎ Prepare daily agenda for training class
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with course developers and technical instructors.
∎ Document and maintain all training materials in appropriate databases.
∎ Other jobs & responsibilities as desired by the management from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
