∎ Diploma Engineer/Equivalent in Computer Science (4 Years) from any reputed Institute;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems (all the latest versions) and Microsoft Office Suite:
∎ Expertise in the following areas:
∎ Basic Hardware troubleshooting
∎ Security and compliance
∎ Data management
∎ Basic Knowledge of Server management & maintenance
∎ Basic Network administration
∎ Migration software/hardware
∎ Computer backup/restore systems and configuration/advice
∎ The candidate must have a willingness to grow technically and assume larger responsibilities when required.
∎ At least 2 (two) years of relevant working experience in providing IT support;
