Candidates having 1-2 years experience in the Recovery/Collection Department of any Bank/FI will be given preference. Candidates found exceptionally good with more experience in the relevant field may be offered Assistant Officer or even higher position based on their individual profile & experience.
Candidates must have good communication & negotiation skills.
Candidates must be self-motivated & proactive and have ability to work hard.
Candidates having strong willingness to visit by motorcycle will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
The job involves frequent visits to different clients at the individual and corporate levels to rigorously follow-up for realization of their dues/installment of Home Loans.
