Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline
∎ Diploma Engineering with 3 years experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement network & security solutions as per customer needs.
∎ Responsible for network & security technical support, including product testing and product delivery.
∎ Install, configuration, and troubleshooting network & security equipment like router, switch, firewalls AP, etc.
∎ Install & configuration of Cyber Security Products like Endpoint Security, Web Application Firewall, NAC, Sandboxing, SIEM, etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
∎ Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, privacy assessments and information security reviews on customer networks, applications, and platforms.
∎ Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats.
∎ Products / Technical Knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
∎ Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request for service
∎ Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
∎ Perform other duties/projects as assigned
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company
∎ Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses
∎ Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues
∎ Plan and deliver proactive and reactive support including onsite presence as needed.
∎ Work within a larger virtual account team to strengthen customer relationships and work on mobile-first, cloud-first strategies for immediate and long-term service delivery plans
∎ Work with support teams, account teams, product engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
∎ Contribute to on-call rotations to ensure a high quality of service for the critical incidents created by Support for Mission Critical customers
∎ Able to prioritize to drive delivery of tasks.
∎ A resilient team player with a can-do attitude, who is willing to take responsibility.
∎ Flexibility, persistence, and willingness to work on a variety of activities/ tasks.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Interest on Network & Cloud
∎ Experience in Networking Support and Systems Development is an added advantage.
∎ CCNA Training/ Certification will be preferable.
∎ Ability to meet with customers and build relationships.
∎ Good communication skill as team player.
∎ Good time management
∎ Good organisational skills
∎ An ability to work to deadlines
