Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
Monitor updates in tax/VAT paper and payment Collection.
Assists team lead on various jobs to ensure company compliance and user satisfaction.
Streamline accounting workflows using advanced software tools (e.g., QuickBooks/ ZohoBooks/ Tally/ERP Software).
Maintaining liaison with different department for smooth operation on ERP software operation.
Maintain proper record-keeping of all income tax-related documents and transactions in accordance with legal requirements.
Monitor Inventory Management, Preparing Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory reports.
Ensure receiving and delivering materials properly as per documents.
Perform HR & Administration related work assigned by the supervisor or management.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
