Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
Trainee – Systems and Compliance will assist the Systems and Compliance team in maintaining certification systems, ensuring adherence to national and international compliance standards, managing chemical data, and supporting sustainability and traceability initiatives. This position offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates in Chemistry to gain practical experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Chemical Management, and Compliance Operations within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chemical Data Management: Assist in collecting, maintaining, and analyzing chemical inventory data related to raw materials, auxiliaries, and finished goods to ensure compliance and buyer-specific chemical requirements.
- Audit Assistance: Support in preparing and organizing documents and data for internal and external audits. Assist in pre-audit checks and follow-up activities under supervision.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Help prepare, update, and maintain certification-related records, traceability files, and compliance documentation.
- Sustainability & Traceability Support: Participate in sustainability and traceability programs in alignment with global standards.
- Process Development: Support in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality, technical, and compliance processes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with quality, production, and product development teams to gather necessary data and support audit readiness.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in on-the-job training to develop knowledge in QMS, chemical management systems, and compliance auditing.
