Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• BSc. in CSE / EEE,

• Diploma in Electronics Technology / Electrical Technology / Computer Technology may also apply. 

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 25 years

• Products receive and delivery from the customer using ETL authorized ERP software.

• Check the products warranty status and Physical condition.

• Check the claimed products for problem findings.

• Try to do Troubleshoot & solution, if needed then repair.

• Technical report updates and Maintain RMA Stock using ARC ERP & Manually.

• Communicate with customer regarding problem and solution.

• Provide outdoor support where necessary.

• Provide online support if necessary.

• Create Service bill using ARC ERP, and sent products requisition by E-mail.

• Prepare Daily work report & give update to the concern person.

• Provide support 24/7 (over phone and online desk support).

• Maintaining the verbal, mobile and email communication with customers regarding received RMA product’s status if needed.

• After completing the probation period salary will be revised based on performance.
