Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to obtain product knowledge.
∎ Ensure to understand QC file, 5 page, required documents, customer comments or requirement.
∎ Gather knowledge of fabric, accessories and trims.
∎ Gather knowledge of Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, printing and embroidery etc.
∎ Gather knowledge about production process and required production steps.
∎ Provide support to supervisor by following up production as and when required.
∎ Gather knowledge about fabric GSM, lab testing process and washing technique.
∎ Identify defects in garments.
∎ Ensure to attend QC - Merchandiser meeting to gather knowledge and update production issues.
∎ Check in-line inspection in sewing floor along with supervisor.
∎ Check inline inspection, pre-final audit and final inspection in finishing department along with supervisor.
∎ Check final inspection along with the supervisor.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good product knowledge
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories
∎ Knowledge on garments production process
Salary: Negotiable
