Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Food Technology /Food Engineering.
∎ B.Sc & M. Sc in Food Technology/Food Engineering will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investigating consumer complains
∎ Market visit for complain verification
∎ Checking all raw material, packaging materials and finished products
∎ Responsible for monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP)
∎ Responsible for ensuring food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process
∎ Recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentations appropriately
∎ Ensuring all types of food safety practices
∎ Educating workers and staffs regarding food safety and SQF standards
∎ Evaluating of FG materials, trade & retention samples
∎ Proper documentation of SOP, ISO, HACCP, GMP and BSTI
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management and other superiors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in QA function of biscuit, Wafers, Chips, candy manufacturing company
∎ Sound knowledge on SOP, ISO, HACCP and GMP.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good Command in net browsing,mailing, Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
