Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chartered Accountancy,CFA
∎ Skills Required: Credit Risk Analysis, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initial assessment of SME, Mortgage/Auto/Personal/Affordable Home Loan proposals as per credit policy & regulatory guidelines.
∎ Identify credit risk of SME, Mortgage/Auto/Personal/Affordable Home Loan proposals, devise mitigation measures and ensure desired level of service delivery.
∎ Deliver meaningful, detailed credit analysis while providing efficient, timely service to RMs.
∎ Ensure that all credit files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, and report to RM and credit administration as needed for timely resolution.
∎ Visit new and existing clients to assess the credit worthiness, operational and financial performance of individual businesses as and when required and prepare visit reports.
∎ Conduct risk assessment, related due diligence and recommending appropriate risk mitigation for loan proposal;
∎ Keep timely communication with different channels about shortage of documents in case of both processing & sanction of files.
∎ Maintain documentation of all analysis and monitoring reports;
∎ Complete the loan appraisal with due observation and recommendation for onward submission to the Credit Committee;
∎ Work within a framework of company policies, principles and goals;
∎ Assist in ensuring credit exposures are managed within established internal/regulatory requirements;
∎ Ensure smooth service by reducing credit file processing time.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management

∎ Skilled on quantitative analysis
∎ Able to determine the default risk
∎ Able to look in to details while maintaining the deadline
∎ Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Effective communication skills
